Stephen Cohen also serves on the Board of Directors at Red Hook Responds, a compassionate nonprofit addressing food insecurity, emergency relief, local agriculture, and community resilience in Dutchess County, New York. In this capacity, he contributes strategic guidance and leadership to the organization’s volunteer-driven programs—such as Dinner Delivery, Local Food Exchange, backpack meal initiatives, grocery and pharmacy delivery, and neighborly outreach—that provide thousands of meals and essential support to local residents since 2020.
